Cody Crow
3 Seasons
Cody Crow's journey in horsemanship began on his family's southeastern Colorado cattle ranch, where he learned the art of starting colts and roping from a tender age. As young as 12, Cody not only assisted in starting colts for his family but also took on outside horses for training, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors. Raised in a family deeply rooted in rodeo, they adopted a strategic approach of buying colts in the fall, training them through the winter, and selling them in the spring to fund their rodeo pursuits. This upbringing instilled in Cody a profound passion for training horses, which he turned into a thriving business with the establishment of No Where But UP Performance Horses in Johnstown, Colorado. Cody's dedication to training excellence is evident in his impressive track record, having trained numerous horses to World and National Titles across multiple associations, including NRCHA, Shtx, AQHA, ApHC, and ASHA. Beyond personal accolades, Cody takes immense pride in coaching his clients, guiding them to championships from local affiliates to prestigious World and National titles. Central to his training philosophy is maintaining a light-hearted and enjoyable atmosphere in the barn, ensuring both horse and rider flourish under his tutelage.
